The project aimed at studying various RCC elements like beams and columns using our day-to-day household items. On one hand items like cardboard, plastic scale, steel ruler, rubber were used as structural member while on the other hand, stone, etc were used as loads or dead weights.
This exercise also helped us to understand various end conditions and their uses. It also ensured that we understood how structural members behave under different end conditions under load.
