Human perception has always made a difference in looking at a particular thing in many different ways. The given exercise aims at studying various aspects of physical and visual boundaries and their organisation. These features are mapped in drawings that portray the limits of permeance, strength, volume, height, direction, safety, and orientation. The perspective view indicated the depth and the distance in space. Various methods, like hatching and stippling, were used to differentiate the areas through textures. The nature of the drawings was more line work and monochrome as a reference from the work of David Lemm. These visual boundaries were tangible and intangible and were perceived for their character, construct, materiality and function. This resulted in an understanding of the basic constructs of space and its relationship with user choreography.
