Space syntax is an attempt to constitute a configurational theory in architecture by generating a theoretical understanding of the way people make and use spatial configurations. This is to identify spatial configurations to express a social and cultural meaning. The analysis of the house and the building in terms of circulation and the sequence of spaces is achieved through the space-syntax.
