The aim of the project was to design a classroom of size 15M by 10M with a clear height of 4M having perfect acoustic detailing. The reverberation time for the classroom is around that of 1 second so accordingly the materials were selected which are fibreboard panels and gypsum boards. Even the lighting elements were a factor which was considered while designing.

The acoustic ceiling is made up of moulded gypsum panels and suspended acoustic tiles which were designed keeping in mind the seating of the 40 students inside the classroom . The calculation of absorption sabines according to the conditions were also done in relation to the materials and furniture.
