The main objective behind this particular design was to have something which will have some sort of openness to it showing the expressive nature of the different types of users around it as well as the design should fundamentally cover all the basics regarding the surrounding interactions and also the shading and circulation,etc. There were a lot of varieties of grids to work with regarding the initial concept. Breaking down the narrative furthermore helped me to understand the relations of the grids with the developed narrative. Formal grids and multiform grids were the ones with which I decided to move ahead.
The basic aspect to express my narrative was to have open access and seatings on most of the sides so that there's no crowded spots in the design and also to have a minimal but effective approach in terms of the design. The tree plantation and the overall landscaping was an important aspect to look at because of the existing college. The windows facing on the front side were to be noted because the overall plantation moved around it. Here the thought was to place trees which will work out as a canopy providing shade to the users.
