A family of four owns a plot in the stunning state of Sikkim and wishes to build a second dwelling in its proximity. The client brief proposed the various hobbies and interests of the four members which were to be fulfilled whilst they enjoy their long vacation there. They also wanted the architecture to harmonize with its surroundings.

The entire concept focuses on the valley of wellness and the curve of tea cultivation around, as well as its advantages, learnings, leisure, community engagement, and revenue generation. As a result, we have incorporated activities like health spas and hot springs that may be conducted outside, contributing to well-being along with yoga and meditation in the open. Tea cultivation and green gardens are designed for the well-being of the people involved on-site, and the family members, as this wellness is planned for humans via nature and for nature by humans.
